Revital Melech, Executive Pastry Chef of Trigo Restaurant in Tribeca, New York is well known for her pastries, desserts and cakes.
As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Revital takes her experience from Oceana, Abboccato and Trigo and applies it to her Pastry work.
